Everyone at the endoscopy center was friendly, courteous, skilled & professional. They practice safe, efficient medical procedures, placing patient, safety, care and experience as a priority.
Everything went very smoothly: the nurses and doctors were super friendly, interested, gentle, attentive, informative, even ready for a smile and an exchange of light remarks. It was a breeze. Bravo and thank you everybody.
My 1/5/2023 colonoscopy procedure went smoothly. I would like to give a “thank you so much” to the staff I encountered during my time there at the Endoscopy Center. You all were warm, friendly, professional and helped soothe my pre-procedure jitters to reassure me that the procedure would go fine. Also, I thank Dr. Ripple Sharma for playing the Hawaiian Reggae music I requested during the procedure. I didn’t have any serious adverse side effects after the procedure, just sleepiness from the anesthesia and was fine the next day.
